How do I place an order?
Browse through the products on our website and click on the 'Buy Now' button for the chocolate of your choice. You will be directed to the order and payment details page.

 

Won't the chocolates melt while shipping?
Worry not, our ice-box packaging ensures chocolates do not melt as long as possible during shipping.

 

Do I need to register to place an order?
Not necessary. But by registering you can save the shopping time for your next visit by not having to fill out the whole order form again. You can also track your orders and have personalized wishlists.

 

How do I register?
Click on the "New User?" link located on the top right corner of any page. If you are placing an order without registering, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail id and a password during check-out. You can login later with these details and fill in your registration details.

 

How do I make the payment?
We have partnered with EBS (E-Billing Solutions) for providing online payment on our website. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, net banking or cash cards. You may also choose to deposit cash/cheque to our bank account. The order will be confirmed only after the payment is reflected in our account.

 

Do your chocolates contain egg?
No. The chocolates are 100% vegetarian.

 

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Order as much as you want. Actual shipping charges apply for delivery.
